Detectives Request Assistance Locating a Person and Vehicle of Interest
North Carolina– Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance locating a person and vehicle of interest in the shooting death of Clarence Arthur Branch II that occurred on December 25, 2021 along Beebe Estate Circle.
Shaun Williams (B/M, 33 years of age) is believed to have information in this case. Detectives are asking for any information regarding his whereabouts. Williams has not been charged with any crime.
Detectives are also seeking the vehicle shown above (actual vehicle) that was seen leaving the scene. The vehicle is a red 2001-2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo displaying NC registration plate TBL-4034 (registration plate may have been removed or replaced). The vehicle has a number 8 behind the rear window pillars.
