The affidavit for David Carter says a tip came into the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit about possible child pornography.
It says the tip came from an adult website with live web cam performances.
It says the investigation and search warrants led them to Carter in Sand Springs.
It says the recovered images showing children as young as toddlers being sexually assaulted.
He’s charged with possession of child pornography.
