Sex Offender Arrested at a Fayetteville Daycare
On October 7th, 2025, Sex Offender Registration Unit Detectives were conducting surveillance on a Daycare at 2514 Sandhill Road, Fayetteville, due to a tip stating that Calvin William Elliott had been on the property. At approximately 5:55 p.m., they saw Elliott enter the property.
Detectives arrested and charged Calvin William Elliott (B/M 26 years of age) of Parkton with Sex Offender on a Child Premises.
Elliott was processed at the Cumberland County Detention Center and held on a denied bond. His first appearance is Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. at the Cumberland County Detention Center.
Elliott had been previously arrested by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registration Unit Detectives for Sex Offender on a Child Premises on September 18th, 2025.
