Fired Aide to Dem. Senator May Now Face CRIMINAL CHARGES Over Viral Gay Sex Tape Filmed in Senate..
24-year-old Aidan Maese-Czeropski, who was terminated for recording a gay sex tape in the Senate, may now face criminal charges as the explicit video went viral online.
Maryland Senator Ben Cardin dismissed Maese-Czeropski on Saturday afternoon, shortly after a video surfaced showing two men engaging in sexual activity in a Senate hearing room.
Capitol Police are currently investigating this incident, which took place in the same room used for questioning Supreme Court justice nominees.
Maese-Czeropski, who was featured in a 2020 campaign video with Joe Biden (right), has already drawn criticism and released a statement on LinkedIn Friday night.
He claimed he is being “attacked for who I love to pursue a political agenda.”
He expressed his dedication to his job, insisting he never meant to disrespect his workplace, and condemned any misrepresentations of his actions as false.
He also mentioned considering legal recourse.
Despite his intentions to take legal action, Maese-Czeropski could potentially face legal challenges himself.
Capitol Police are assessing if his actions constituted violations of any laws, including possible charges of trespassing and obscenity.
