On Wednesday, October 22, court records show a Wisconsin judge made the decision after Chelsea, 28, was accused of violating the terms of her probation. An official from the treatment drug court said Chelsea was in violation due to sexual assault allegations. The paperwork did not provide any further details. Further, the official said Chelsea had not shown significant progress in the treatment drug program.

The officer told Us that Chelsea will be transferred to the Taycheedah Correctional Institution, a medium-security prison in Wisconsin, and will serve her sentence at the facility or will be moved to another prison to serve her sentence.
