A man is in jail, accused of throwing gasoline all over the outside walls and doors or a house, then lighting a bow and arrow and shooting it at the house, while 5 people were inside.
The arrest report for Robert Wood says the homeowner saw Wood splashing gasoline on the house and threatening to set it on fire.
It says fire investigators found Wood out back in a shed and he admitted he’d put gasoline on the house and on the bow and arrow and tried to set the house on fire, because he was upset and looking for his ex-wife.
He was arrested for 4th degree arson and endangering human life.
The report does not say who lived in the house, but, no one was hurt.
Records show Wood was charged in Tulsa County in January of this year with child stealing, 2 counts of domestic assault and battery and malicious injury to property.
That case is still pending and last week, a hearing was set for determination of competency.
That case and the current arrest, are not convictions.
