The Fulton Market area will demand 200 new police cameras in the neighborhood on Tuesday morning.
During a meeting of the Chicago City Council Finance Committee, they will express their concern regarding the rising rate of crime.

On West Lake Street, an SUV can be seen approaching a ride-sharing vehicle in the video.
