Warrants have now been issued for the Murder of Jaleel Takeem Nivens that occurred at 1211 Boyte St. Monroe, NC.
Billy Rashawn Barrino B/M DOB 10-25-1997 5’06” 150LBS has shoulder length dreads. He is being charged with 1st Degree Murder and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
Mr. Barrino is considered Armed and Dangerous.
