RawNews1st – In reference to the homicide of 33-year-old Earnest Jackson 4th, investigators have arrested 20-year-old Rakim Muhammad Jr., of Baltimore.

Detectives believe Muhammad shot and killed Jackson on July 26, 2022, while in the 3200 block of Fenwick Avenue.

Investigators arrested Rakim Muhammad Jr., and transported him to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st and 2nd degree murder.

On July 26, 2022, at approximately 10:41 p.m., officers responded to the 3200 block of Fenwick Avenue for a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers located a 33-year-old male who was suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper torso.

The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital by Baltimore City medics where he died a short time later.

Homicide detectives are investigating this murder and have yet to identify a suspect(s) or determine a motive.
