Queen SUPPORTS BLM, says Royal rep
A TV program focusing on the British Royal Family’s relationship to racism – to be broadcast Friday – will claim that Queen Elizabeth II and her family are very much against it.
“It’s a hot conversation topic,” says Sir Ken Olisa, the first Black Lord-Lieutenant for London. “They [the royals] care passionately about making this one nation bound by the same values.”
The Duke of Cambridge insisted earlier this year that “we’re very much not a racist family”, although Buckingham Palace has previously admitted it “must do more” for diversity among its staff.
And then there’s all the inappropriate comments and accusations that need washed over.
