Tulsa County prosecutors charge a man with sexual abuse of a child.
The affidavit was written by Owasso Police and says the investigation started in June, after a teenager came forward, saying Kingyatta Ellis had abused the teen on three different occasions.
When he was released on a $50,000 bond, he was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
