Prince Andrew will give pre-trial evidence in London in sex assault case, says Giuffre’s lawyer
The Duke of York will likely provide pre-trial evidence at legal offices in London in the sexual assault case brought against him by Virginia Giuffre, the plaintiff’s lawyers told iNews.
Giuffre’s lawyer is willing to travel to the UK for the deposition but is likely to make a request to the New York Court that the defendant appear in person during the Autumn trial.
Andrew was stripped of his honorary titles by the Queen Thursday, following news the Duke’s attempts to have the case thrown out of civil court, were dismissed.
