Press release in regard to two separate shooting/Homicide incidents that occurred on the west side of Saginaw

Attached is a press release in regard to two separate shooting/Homicide incidents that occurred on the west side of Saginaw today June 9, 2022.

We are aware that there have been narratives going around social media about active shooters targeting children which is completely false.

It appears the victims in these incidents were the intended targets, however the Investigations are ongoing and the complete details can not be disclosed at this time.

A total of three (3) individuals were shot today, all of which were adults.

Officers and Detectives are feverishly working to apprehend those responsible at this time.
