Police try to identify this individual who exposing his genitals

The Alice Police Department is asking for your help in identifying this individual.
At approximately 10:00 a.m. this male subject walked into the CVS (215 N Texas Blvd) only wearing a shirt and exposing his genitals to the staff and public.
This male is described as a white male subject, red hair, beard, glasses and a t-shirt.
If anyone has any information regarding this individual please contact the Alice Police Department 361-664-0186.
This suspect could be a repeat offender if not caught.
