Broken Arrow Police says they’ve arrested the 5th person in connection to the murder of a 16 year old boy that happened January 24th.
They say 22-year-old Tyuane Barnes was arrested in Tulsa in cooperation with the United States Marshal’s Service Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force.
They say Barnes faces charges of 1st Degree Murder and the investigation is ongoing.
They say Barnes is a member of a federally recognized tribe and will be prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s office in Tulsa.
The victim was 16 year old Dacari Green.
