RawNews1st – A man is in custody after Police say he assaulted a victim with a hard rubber mallet.
The arrest report for Randall Holman says on January 11th, 2022, Holman asked the victim to borrow some cigarettes and other items and when the victim said no, Holman got mad and hit the victim with the mallet in the elbow.
Records show Holman has numerous previous convictions in Montgomery County including drugs, assault, stolen vehicle, running from police, having a gun with an altered serial number and as a felon.
Records show Holman was also charged last month with misdemeanor possession of meth.
That charge and the current assault charge, are not convictions.
