MEMPHIS, TN – Officers responded to a carjacking at East Raines Road and Faronia Road. Officers advised that the victim gave a male at his church a ride home to Davison Drive.
When they arrived, the male pulled out a handgun and demanded the victim exit the car, and the suspect fled the scene. The vehicle has been recovered.
The suspect was a Black male, 18-20 years of age, medium build, wearing a gray do-rag, dressed in a white long sleeve shirt with Popeye written across the front, and blue jeans.
Investigators need your help in identifying the individual responsible for this Carjacking.
Photos and the video of the suspect are available for release and attached.
