Cincinnati – Officers with the Narcotics Unit recovered eight pounds of suspected fentanyl at locations in Westwood and the CUF neighborhood near the University of Cincinnati.
A Cincinnati man was arrested after a large drug bust in two different Cincinnati neighborhoods.
Police also recovered seven firearms and nearly $16,000 in cash.
The United States Drug Enforcement Agency say just two milligrams of fentanyl can be deadly. According to police, the amount of fentanyl found in Dotson’s possession was enough to kill 1.8 million people.
81 percent of Ohio’s overdose deaths in 2020 involved fentanyl.
