Los Angeles: A person appears to be dead on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, with several streets shut down in the area related to what the LAPD is calling an “incident.”
A person appeared to be dead on the street in Hollywood, with Sunset Boulevard shut down in both directions Saturday, related to a police shooting.
A black vehicle with several stickers had its back bumper making contact with a Los Angeles Police Department vehicle, and that LAPD unit displayed a damaged driver’s side window–consistent with a possible shooting.
The LAPD confirmed a police shooting took place but did immediately provide details on what led to the shooting or if any officers were injured.
Streets in the area were closed related to the incident.
