Police offer a reward for Ragle Park Homicide: $1,000.00 for information

Santa Fe, NM ā August 12, 2022, Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $1,000.00 for information which leads to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Samuel Cordero at Ragle Park on August 10, 2022.
Background: On August 10, 2022, at approximately 4:37 am, Santa Fe Police Officers were dispatched to 2530 W. Zia Rd.
(Ragle Park) regarding a man down call at the park. When patrol officers arrived on scene they located Mr. Cordero (60 year old male) in the park with at least one fatal gun shot wound. The male victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Office of the Medical Investigator.
The SFPD Criminal Investigation Section responded to the scene and have initiated an investigation.
Two men who committed retail theft from the Kangaroo store
This case is being investigated as a homicide. There is no suspect information available at this time.
