Weld County law enforcement agencies seek information about armed burglars
Weld County law enforcement agencies are asking for the public’s help identifying four people who have committed several armed burglaries in Longmont, Fort Lupton and unincorporated Weld County.
The four people are suspected in four burglaries to date.
The Weld County and Fort Lupton burglaries occurred last Wednesday, June 22.
The Longmont burglaries occurred Tuesday. All four of the crimes occurred between 11:30 p.m. and 2 a.m. at car dealerships.
The suspects, who were all wearing masks during the burglaries, are armed with baseball bats and at least one long gun, possibly an AR style rifle.
The suspects used a dark colored Jeep Grand Cherokee, possibly an SRT 8 model, to commit the burglaries.
The suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
They are particularly dangerous to car dealership employees, security personnel and law enforcement officers who might respond to late night alarms.
The public is encouraged to call 911 immediately if seen.
