RawNews1st – The Dewey Beach Police Department is asking the Public to help identify a suspect in a felony assault which occurred on Friday, August 19, 2022 at approximately 1:30 AM.
The incident occurred on the ocean side of Coastal Highway between Bellevue St. and Dagsworthy Ave.
Several individuals were engaged in a fight when the suspect struck the victim causing several facial fractures and a brain injury.
The victim was airlifted to Christiana Care (Newark, DE) and is listed in stable condition.
