RawNews1st – The Aurora Police Department is asking for the public’s help with information about suspects in an identity fraud investigation at a local credit union. Officers responded to a fraud call at Navy Federal Credit Union, 1125 S. Tower Road, in Aurora.
The investigation revealed an unidentified white man made several visits to the credit union that day and tried to withdraw $8,400 using a fake Maryland ID.
Further investigation revealed the suspect was a passenger in a white Dodge Charger bearing Colorado license plate AIF-B53.

The car was driven by a black man who at the time wore a black t-shirt and black athletic pants with vertical white stripes on the sides.
The vehicle has been seen throughout the metro area and could be a rental car.

Tipsters could be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000 and may remain anonymous.
