FORT PIERCE – Police investigating a shooting incident that left 16-year-old with non-threatening injuries.
At approximately 8:09 p.m., multiple Fort Pierce Police officers responded to the area of North 13th Street and Avenue M in reference to shooting activity.
Investigation revealed an altercation took place in the area outside Lincoln Park Community Center that left a 16-year-old juvenile female with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

She was transported by personal vehicle to HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, where she was treated and released.
