Seattle Police Robbery detectives are asking for your help to identify this armed robbery suspect with the tattoo on his right hand. He also has a tattoo of red lips on the left side of his neck.
Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for any information that leads to his arrest.
Detectives say pulled a black pistol from his waistband and racked the slide when loss prevention officers at Nordstrom Rack on Northgate Way approached him for stealing two pairs of shoes and a fragrance set that he concealed in a backpack on November 19th.
Officers backed off and he left the store and rode the Northgate Sound Transit train and exited at the International District.
Detectives describe him as Asian or Hispanic, 5’7″, 180 to 200 lbs.
