RawNews1st -The City of Niles Police Department is actively investigating the shooting deaths of Farries Maxell on 8/16/2022 and Raquon Glenn on 9/8/22.
These two shootings occurred a block apart and appear to be related.
This morning Niles Dispatch received numerous calls of shots fired on Ferry St. Officers on patrol also heard the gunshots and responded to the area.
Officers located over 30 spent shell casings in the roadway on Ferry St. between 5th and 6th streets. No damage was found in the area and there have been no reported injuries from this incident.
We are requesting that anyone with any information on either of these shootings contact the Niles Police Department at 269-683-1313, or Crime Stoppers.
