Police Department arrested a man who is accused of raping a freshly postpartum woman
According to arrest records, the woman told WMPD that Fuller went to her house and asked to drink her breast milk. The victim said she told Fuller that his statement was gross, and she went to a different room to get away from him.
WMPD said the victim told them Fuller allegedly kept making advances at her and eventually raped her, only stopping once the victim’s baby woke up.
The victim said Fuller allegedly choked her at one point, causing the victim to be unable to breathe.On August 5, Cecil Fuller was arrested on one count of second-degree rape.
WMPD said they were called to Glenwood Regional Medical Center about a woman who had been raped.
