RawNews1st – The Oklahoma police officer has been spotted arresting a 17-year-old teenager while punching him and driving his knee to his neck.
The deputy and several officers can be seen attempting to restrain the teenager on the ground at the Tulsa State Fair in video of the alleged “assault” from Sunday.
The deputy punched the child and then drove his knee forcefully into his neck while witnesses yelled, “He’s an f—-king kid, y’all!” as the cops fought to handcuff the teen.
