Oklahoma – Police arrest an 18 year old man accused of trying to kidnap a 3 year old girl.
The arrest report for Juventino Navarro says on Saturday, at 2 PM near 21st and Sheridan at an apartment complex, the little girl was walking in the parking lot.
It says Navarro walked up behind her, grabbed her from behind and began running with her, toward his apartment.
The girl’s mother started screaming and Navarro put down the child.
The apartment manager told police another tenant reported Navarro had grabbed her 2 year old child just the day before.

It says police went to Navarro’s apartment and spoke to his mother, who said Navarro did pick up the child, but denied he ran with her.
It says Navarro’s mother told officers she had given her son medication, so he was sleepy and unresponsive to the officers.
He was booked into jail for kidnapping.
