Police arrest a man charged with 4 counts of domestic assault and battery; 3 of them, by strangulation.
The affidavit for Casey Gallaway, II says the victim reported the following incidents:
July 4, 2024: he strangled her, threw her around the room and when she tried to leave, strangled her again.
It says he told her later, he had no memory of the assault because he has multiple personality disorder.
July 8, 2024: She says he split her lip, left a bite mark on her bicep and caused bruising on the front of her neck and her shoulder.
July 25, 2024: She says he punched her in the head and face and gave her bloody nose.
July 27, 2024: He punched and strangled her and broke her phone.
July 28, 2024: She woke up to him strangling her and his mother was there and got him to leave.
August 4, 2024: It says she got away from him and to a place where she felt safe and filed the report with police.
These are charges, not convictions.
