Police arrest a man and woman accused of setting up a robbery on Facebook, then pistol whipping the victim and shooting him.
The affidavit says the victim has the mental capacity of a 16 year old.
It says the victim met Christine Lacey on Facebook and he invited her over for sex and was going to pay her with his state benefits card.
It says once she showed up on February 2nd and got the card and the PIN and that’s when Anthony Bixler arrived, came inside, pistol whipped the victim and they shoved the victim into a closet while they rummaged through his apartment.
It says they took the victim’s wallet and phone and were unplugging his video game, when the victim decided to escape and that’s when he was shot.
Christine Lacey and Anthony Bixler are both charged with robbery with a firearm and assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
Records show Lacey was charged with robbery in Tulsa County in 2017, but the charged was reduced to misdemeanor, obtaining money by trickery and she got a 6 month deferred sentence.
Records show Bixler has previous convictions in OK and Tulsa Counties from 2009 to 2017 and was on probation at the time of this crime.
