Tulsa Police arrest a man accused of robbing two women, in their 60’s, in their apartment.
The affidavit for Michael Seals, aka “Flip” says on May 21st at 10:30 AM, the two women heard someone pounding on their door, demanding they open it
It says the women did not and Seals kicked in the door and as one victim was trying to call 911, he slapped her and knocked her phone to the ground and stomped on it.
It says he dumped the victim’s purse out and took $170 in cash.
It says video at the apartment complex captured Seals and his car, but not the tag, but, tag reading cameras in the area, did get the tag and officers were able to trace it to Seals.
Records show he has previous convictions in Tulsa and Muskogee County for drugs and taking contraband into a jail.
These current charges of robbery, burglary and interfering with an emergency call, are not convictions.
