Police arrest a man accused of repeatedly raping a 13 year old girl he knew.
The affidavit for Casey Ashmore, says the assaults happened numerous times from January to March of this year.
It says on March 11th, the girl told someone, who contacted police.
It says she gave details about injuries she received during the rapes and those were confirmed during a Sexual Assault exam.
It says police learned there was a previous victim who was raped by Ashmore when she was 17.
It says that victim did confirm the abuse, but, did not want to talk about it or give details at this time.
Police say there were messages from Ashmore to another person, confirming that abuse did happen.
Ashmore is charged with 5 counts of child sexual abuse.
