Broken Arrow Police arrest a man accused of raping a woman, the first time they met.
The affidavit for Treylon Haley says the woman was at a bar when she met Haley and they left and met at a place to get some food, then met at his place.
She told police his demeanor became threatening, aggressive and violent, demanding she undress, punching her, threatening her with an AK-47 and saying he would kill her and no on would be able to find her body.
She told police he sexually assaulted her and refused to let her leave.
It says he let her dress and said he was going to take her somewhere to “pimp her out” and while he was looking for his keys, she ran out of the house to her car, escaped, called police and had a sexual assault exam.
It says Haley told police the sex was consensual, that he never threatened or hurt her or had a gun.
Records show Haley was convicted of accessory to murder in Garfield County inn 2016 and sentenced to 3 years in prison followed by 10 years probation.
He served 7 months in prison.
