RawNews1st – Police arrest a man accused of pointing a gun at a random stranger and firing two shots.
The arrest affidavit for Frankie Holliday says he walked up to a stranger in an apartment complex parking lot and said, “It’s on”, then said, “Final warning” and pulled out a gun and pointed it at the victim.
It says Holliday then put the gun on the hood of a car, then reached for it and the victim tried to keep Holliday from retrieving it and they two wrestled over it and the gun went off twice.
It says the officer arrived as the second shot was being fired and Holliday resisted when being handcuffed.
It says Holliday had glassy, watery eyes, extremely dilated pupils, was sweating profusely and couldn’t sit still or stay focused and they believe he was under the influence of some drug.
He’s charged with pointing a deadly weapon, shooting with intent to kill, having a gun as a felon and public intoxication.
Records show these 2 felony convictions in Tulsa County:
2013: assault and battery on police officer; 4 years in prison
2013: burglary and concealing stolen property; 6 years in prison to run at the same time.
