Police arrest a man accused of pointing a gun at 2 people and threatening to shoot them, if they didn’t leave a storage unit.
The arrest report for Andre Powdrill says it happened February 11th around 3 AM.
It says Powdrill does security for the storage company in exchange for living on site.
It says the out-of-state owner saw on security cameras, 2 people appeared to be living in their storage unit, which is not allowed and the owner asked Powdrill to check on it.
The two people in the unit told police, Powdrill pointed a gun at them and said he’d shoot them if they didn’t vacate faster and fired a shot into the air.
Police say Powdrill locked the security gate and initially refused to let officers come inside and secure his weapon.
It says when they did arrest him, the loaded gun was found in Powdrill’s cup holder of his vehicle and Powdrill smelled of alcohol, had slurred speech and red, watery eyes.
