RawNews1st – Tulsa Police arrest a man accused of murdering two people in a truck, because of an argument over people standing in and blocking the street at a Tulsa mobile home park, over the weekend.
The arrest report for 23 year old Elwyn Lopez says people were standing in the street when the victims were driving through in a truck and an argument started.
It says Lopez’ parents were in the street and involved in the argument.
It says Lopez fired into the truck and killed Jose Garcia and Luis Garcia, in the driver’s seat and backseat.
A third person in the truck was related to both victims… cousin to one of them and brother to the other.
Police say Lopez eventually admitted he fired the shots because the people in the truck were fighting with Lopez’ parents.
It says Lopez also admitted the altercation could’ve probably have been avoided altogether.
