Bixby Police arrest a man accused of leaving the scene of a fatal crash that killed his teenage daughter.
They say there was a single vehicle rollover crash last night around 9:20 pm.
They say Shelby Binney was ejected from the vehicle and later died.
She was a sophomore at Bixby High.
2 other kids and an adult were all taken to a hospital.
They say the driver, Elliott Binney, fled the scene and was later located in Checotah and arrested.
He was booked for 1st degree manslaughter, leaving the scene of a crash resulting in death and passing in a no passing zone.
Records show he has the following convictions in Tulsa County.
2001: running from police; 3 year deferred sentence
2002: assault with a dangerous weapon and larceny; 3 years in prison.
2001: Records show he was charged with leaving the scene of an injury accident, reckless driving and having no DL and it was dismissed.
2010: Records show he was charged with leaving the leave of a crash involving property damage and it was dismissed.
2016: Records show he was charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving injuries/death and reckless driving and it was dismissed.
