Tulsa Police arrest a man accused of indecent exposure to two different women in different parts of town.
The affidavit for Christopher Griffin says the first incident happened March 4th, near Memorial.
The victim told police she was walking and saw a stranger sitting in a car and he offered her a ride and she declined.
She said the man then said he needed help and she asked what with, he said “this” and showed her, his erect penis.
She told him she was calling 911 and he threatened to rape her.
It says she remembered a company magnet on his driver’s door that said something like Scoopie doos and had a phone number that contained 329 in it.
Police say his vehicle was captured on a Flock camera and said Scoopy Do and the number contained 329 and they tracked it to Griffin.
It says that victim was able to pick Griffin out of a photo line-up.
It says on March 26th, a woman was walking near SW Boulevard when a man in a vehicle blocked her path and the man inside, offered help and she declined, then he asked her for help.
It says she asked, what with and he said “this” and showed her, his erect penis.
It says she was able to identify his vehicle, with the dog poop scooping business logo on the side.
Records show he has convictions in 3 previous cases in Tulsa County for burglary, 2 counts of larceny and burglary from auto.
He was sentenced to 5 years in prison, but, four months later, after completing a program, his sentence was changed to 4 years probation.
