Oklahoma – Police arrest a man accused of indecent exposure.
The arrest report for Staijeck Helm says he went to an apartment complex on May 1st around 4 PM, to apply for an apartment and the employee had Helm sit at a computer to start filling out the application.
It says she received 2 air drop notifications and accepted them and one was a picture of Helm’s privates and the other one, was him naked in front of a mirror.
