Tulsa Police arrest a man accused of having 640 images/videos of child pornography; most including girls under 12 being raped by a adult men and many showing 1-3 year olds and 1 image showing a newborn being sexually abused.
The probable cause affidavit for Sovana Xiong says the Kik app sent a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in December, 2023 involving 12 files containing child pornography.
It was forwarded to TPD’s Sexual Predator/Digital Evidence Recovery Unit, who tracked the files to Xiong.
It says after search warrants and surveillance, they contacted Xiong who they say admitted he had the images and they’d find more on his other devices.
It says they found 540 images and 100 videos showing child sexual abuse material.
He’s been charged with aggravated possession and distribution of child pornography.
