Police arrest a man accused of exposing himself to a woman he followed home from a gas station.
The arrest report for Henry Sullivan says on March 3rd, the woman told police she was walking toward her apartment complex and he followed her, pulled down his pants, exposing himself and asked her if she’d been raped today.
She says she carries a knife and told him to go away and she called 911.
She says he continued to follow her, call her names and exposed himself to her a second time.
Police say when they found him, he flipped off the officer and threw his cell phone at the officer’s car.
It says once in custody, he told the officer he was high because he had dipped his cigarettes in embalming fluid. He was booked into jail for indecent exposure and public intoxication.
Records show he was convicted in OK County in 2019 of misdemeanor threatening a violent act and got 60 days in jail.
Records show he was convicted in Tulsa Co in 2013 of attempted burglary and got a 4 year deferred sentence.
