Police arrest a man, accused of being naked and trying to have intercourse with an Oldsmobile.
The arrest report for Johnny Fox says it happened June 7th and numerous witnesses reported seeing what happened and that children were present and one person had pepper sprayed Fox, to make him stop.
It says witnesses showed police video of what happened.
It says police found Fox on the ground, with pepper spray on his face and his pants partially pulled up and he smelled of alcohol and had trouble standing or walking.
It says after EMSA treated Fox for the pepper spray, he was booked in to jail and has numerous previous felony convictions.
