Tulsa Police arrest a 41 year old man accused of raping a 15 year old girl repeatedly for a year.
The affidavit for Raymond Badgwell says the girl met him when she snuck out of her house and he offered her a ride.
It says the first time, he gave her meth and then after, if she refused to have sex with him, he would refuse to give her food, cigarettes or weed.
It says if she refused, he would tase her, beat her with a stick, burn her with a cigarette or give her LSD.
She told police he would pull a shotgun on her or hit her in the head and threaten her not to tell anyone.
She told police, she stayed because she had no where else to go and most of the time, they lived in a shed.
She told police part of her knows she’s a victim and did what she had to, to survive, but, she also struggles with guilty for staying with him.
He’s charged with rape and delinquency of a minor.
