Tulsa Police arrest a 35-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a 59-year-old woman in her home in March.
The affidavit says the woman told police, Jesus Hernandez was a family friend and stopped by to visit then began kissing her against her will.
It says she told him to leave, said she needed to go to bed and used her walker to head toward her bedroom, hoping he would leave.
She told police he followed her, jumped on her bed and broke it then roughly sexually assaulted her while she was repeatedly saying no.
It says he left a note with his number on it.
Police say they asked Hernandez to come in for an interview in April and he denied being in her home in March.
After they asked him for a DNA sample to compare to evidence from the scene, they say Hernandez admitted he’d been to her home, but, only to help her get her coat on and said he’d be getting an attorney and left the interview, since he was not under arrest at that time.
The charges and warrant here filed July 1st and he was picked up last night.
