Tulsa Police arrest a 23 year old man accused of stabbing a 14 year old boy.
The arrest report for Brandon Smith says the boy was stabbed on Friday in the bicep and the victim and several witnesses identified Smith as the suspect.
Police arrested Smith the next day, who denied knowing anything about the situation.
It says he claimed to be Choctaw, but, the report says, he is not.
Records show he was convicted on meth related charges in 2017 and given a 3 year deferred sentence.
He’s been booked into jail for assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery on a minor.
