Police are investigation a alleged robbery attempt near the BJCC: Alabama

There’s an update in the investigation surrounding an alleged robbery attempt near the BJCC in Birmingham that left a Center Point teen dead last Saturday.
The teen was identified as 17-year-old Chico Guest. Today, Birmingham police told us Kambran Tremaine Young, 19, has been charged with felony murder in connection with Guest’s death.
Birmingham police say Guest and Young were allegedly involved in a robbery attempt when they were shot by a parking lot attendant.
The Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office ruled Guest’s shooting by the parking lot attendant a justifiable homicide.
