RawNews1st – Taking items that have been left for donation at the various Goodwill drop-off locations (and other charitable organizations) IS theft.
Goodwill officials have contacted the Department multiple times over the past few weeks to report repeated thefts by the same people at their Hill Street location.
Family Crisis Center of East Texas Thrift Store is experiencing the same issue at its store on Whitehouse Drive.
These incidents remain under investigation.
