Pittsburgh Police Make Arrest in Homicide of Baby De’Avry Thomas
A joint operation by the Pittsburgh Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit, U.S. Marshals, and Allegheny County Police has resulted in the arrest of Markez Anger for the May 29, 2022 shooting death of De’Avry Thomas.
Anger, 23, was taken into custody in Turtle Creek, PA in the early morning hours of Sunday, June 5.
He is charged with Criminal Homicide, Conspiracy, Possession of a Firearm Prohibited, and Firearm Not to be Carried Without a License.
The investigation is ongoing.
Pittsburgh Police also thank the public for their assistance in this case.
