Person of interest pertaining to a stolen vehicle in the Orange Park area, police say

RawNews1st – The Clay County Sheriff’s Office needs the community’s help in identifying the below-pictured subject who is a person of interest pertaining to a stolen vehicle in the Orange Park area.
Please call 911 immediately or contact your local authorities if you know this person or happen to run into him. If a tip leads to an arrest you could be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $3,000.
